Domi is a platform that connects caregivers directly with families — eliminating third-party inefficiencies to lower costs and improve access to in-home care. The UX and visual identity were designed to give Domi's founder a polished, investor-ready platform to confidently take into fundraising conversations.

Caregivers in the in-home care industry face a fragmented system — lack of pay transparency, inconsistent communication, and limited job security push many out of the field within five years. On the other side, families struggle to find reliable, affordable care. Domi was built to fix both sides of that equation.

Research came first — interviews with RNs, caregivers, and PSWs grounded every design decision in real experience. From there, user flows mapped the full caregiver journey, followed by wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and usability testing across three key scenarios. A pink and navy palette was chosen for accessibility, and the visual identity was built to feel warm and trustworthy across all touchpoints.
