OBJECTIVE:
Paige engaged my services because she felt her current branding no longer reflected who she is. She wanted to create a neutral, welcoming, and calming brand that felt authentic and approachable. With the goal of scaling her online business, Paige also needed a new website and web design that would provide a seamless and engaging experience for her audience. Additionally, she sought support in defining her positioning, showing up confidently and consistently on social media, and building stronger customer loyalty through a brand experience that fosters trust and long-term connection.

To elevate the user experience and support business growth, we transitioned from Squarespace to Shopify. This move enabled us to create a more seamless and intuitive website, while integrating a loyalty program that encourages customer engagement and retention.

Before our collaboration, the logo featured a script font that was difficult to read and didn’t align with the professional, approachable experience Paige aimed to offer. We refined the logo using a clean, modern sans serif typeface—bringing clarity, sophistication, and consistency to the brand’s visual identity.
Built for a seamless experience across desktop and mobile,
the site features intuitive mega menus, clearly defined categories, and smart filters that make browsing treatments and products effortless. An integrated loyalty program lets customers earn points as they shop, enhancing engagement and encouraging repeat visits.
